Getting a job (Using the marketing mix)

If a person going to look for a job is the product then that person must have certain features that the employer is looking for. You might be really great at sales or customer service and might have a great attitude. What is important about you is the quality. Is the quality of your work ethic strong? How well will you be able to work with the different levels of expertise with in the company? Where is the place you would like to work? What is location of it? Is it a good location? Is it close to where you live? Do you have a car or a realiable form of transportation that can get you to your job of interest. How are you going to sell your self to get the job or sell your self while you work for the company to possibly get a promotion? If you work at a marketing firm how would you go about advertising the product of a project you are working on. What is the price? How much will you get paid to work there if you get the job and what does the payment period look like there? Will there be any discounts or percs to working there. The 4 P's are very important to look at and think about before you step into an office for an interview. Dive into the marketing mix before you mix up your interview and dont get the job you wanted!

What is the difference between marketing,advertising, or propaganda?

Marketing is the process of creating communicating,delivering and exchanging offerings that have value you for the customer. Advertising is attracting public attention to a product or a business as by paid announcements in the print, broadcast, or electronic.Propaganda is information, ideas, or rummors that are spread around so the information get harm them or a certain group or a movement.
